The Hero’s Journey Symposium comprises facilitated panel discussions and a closing synthesis session. The panel discussions bring together a wide array of stakeholders, including brain health researchers, physicians, military leaders, public policy experts, and community advocates. Our outcomes include shaping a “call to action,” providing a collective sharing of best practices, identifying policy and research gaps, and summarizing the current state of affairs to create “better pathways to recovery, from wounds to wellness.”

PFNCA Online Communication Club

PFNCA established its Communication Club program to emphasize the importance of speaking louder in social settings. The goal of PFNCA Communications Club is to establish a wellness and prevention program for individuals with Parkinson’s disease and their caregivers with a focus on maintenance of communication skills. This program establishes a wellness and prevention program for individuals with Parkinson’s disease and their care partners with a focus on maintenance of communication skills.  This program stresses the importance of speaking louder to be heard in social settings.
